Silicone Oil


Poly Siloxane Di-methyl fluid, is water white silicone fluid, having little change in physical properties over a wide temperature range. It has service temperature from -40°C to 220°C. Silicone Oils has excellent water repellency, dielectric strength over wide temperature. Silicone Oils shows very good heat stability, oxidation resistance, very low vapor pressure and high flash points. It has very low toxicity.


Uses: Silicone Oil has number of end uses in Industrial application & in Cosmetic industries. It can be use as release material for rubber, plastics and metal die casting; as a Foam Preventive in non-aqueous systems; as a mechanical fluid in hydraulic stabilizers, damping mediums; as lubricant for plastic & elastomeric surfaces; In cosmetic and skin preparation as a ingredient in hand creams, skin protectants, suntan lotion etc. In a polishes and chemical specialties for automobile & furniture polishes, fabric conditioners etc.. In an electrical & electronics equipments as di-electric compound, insulating & damping applications & many more.


We can blend silicone fluids of different viscosities from 10 CST to 100,000 CST to suit the users own requirements. These special blends can then be used as supplied or incorporated into specialized products.
