SIL-LUB Moly Paste


SIL-LUB Moly paste is a Non-Melting lubricating compound containing a high percentage of low –friction Molybdenum di-sulphide. It has application range of -80°C to 400°C. When applied to mechanical components, which are not exposed to air, it will lubricate parts up to 1100°C. SIL-LUB Moly paste will plate out on surface evenly & increase load caring capacity. It also provides boundary lubrication. It is ideal for assembly and subsequent dis-assembly of press and shrinks fit pins, bussing, sprockets, gears, bearings, highly loaded gears, open spur gears, marine transmission gears etc.


SIL-LUB Moly paste is water resistance, with stand extreme weather elements and helps to prevent corrosion on parts exposed to water, stem, most acids, and alkalis.


USES :
Oven hardware, Threaded Fasteners, as assembly paste, etc...


HOW TO USE :
Conventional grease/paste application methods, like brushing, grease guns or automatic applicators. Care to be taken at all times to prevent dirt from contaminating the lubricant & must be packed in clean metal tins. It should not be applied to surface that are to be painted.
