SIL-LUB WRL (S)
Wire Rope Lubricant
SIL-LUB WRL(S) is heavy duty semi-fluid adhesive type grease in aerosol
form designed to penetrate through the core of the rope to provide
effective lubrication to the innermost strands. The result film on
the rope is highly water resistance and does not get emulsified with
water even in submerged conditions.
Area of Application:
Slow moving heavily loaded plain and antifriction bearings, Wire-ropes,
Chains, Draglines, Cranes, Conveyors, Elevator plungers, Hoisting
engines, Winches and other equipment exposed to water and weather.
Advantages:
Penetrates into the inner strands providing effective lubrication.
Provides long lasting thin water & corrosion resistance film
on the surface.
Extends re-lubrication intervals.
Withstands heavy loads.
DIRECTION FOR USE:
Shake can well before use Can temperature should be 65°F or
warmer. Never use direct heat to warm aerosol cans. Only warm water
should be used. Clean metal surface before application and spray
area to be lubricated. Permit to dry for a few minutes before use.
